About You
Really good environment for an insight into institutional banking. Enjoyed networking events and presentations of the different business areas as well as the quality and clarity of explanations and advices.
I really felt valued during the program, especially during networking events and questions sessions with analysts, associates but also vice presidents and directors.
Guidance during CV skills session and trading/corporate games. Support of analysts and associates during networking events and via e-mails.
I have developed the core skills for preparing interviews for banking placements, but also I received relevant information concerning interactions between the different business area, the way of life of bankers traders and sales and finally how to read efficiently the Financial Times. Highly interesting visit of the trading floor and work shadowing in the investment banking offices.
The Company
Very good organisation, no waste of time, very well structured to permit an insight as perfect as possible into all the business areas.
Challenging, stimulating, perfect for an insight.
I had the unique chance to participate to trading and corporate games organized by analysts and associates. It was a real training for the real job. The CV skills session helped raise the quality of my resume and I received really relevant guidance to prepare finance interviews.
Work shadowing and networking with people working for the company really helped know more about the job, the responsibilities it involves and relations to other employees from other business areas.
Insights into different business areas helped me know more about the company and its philosophy, as well as its relations to clients and to competitors.
Everything Else
A LOT ! Really enjoying networking events with enough people to satisfy all our desire to know more about the job, the industry and the company.
Perfect. Making contact was really easy as events were organised for this purpose.
Employees were involved in many different activities, which showed me how diversified and high-skilled the people working there are.
Of course!
