  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Great insight into banking and UBS but the assessment centre at the end of the week made everyone uneasy.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • There were a lot of presentations and workshops that were managed and spread out well.

    • The team-based workshops were engaging and fun but the numerical test in the middle of the program and the assessment centre at the end made everyone nervous.

    • There were plenty of graduates that gave us a good picture of what it was like to work there and of the culture.

    • The different workshops highlighted areas of the business that I wasn't interested in as well as those I was.

    • Reimbursement for travel is only if you live outside the M25.

    • There were 2 networking events as well as work shadowing, where you could meet a range of people.

    • Networking was good but the bowling event wasn't as enjoyable because we had a numerical test the morning after.
