About You
It was very enjoyable although some of the talks were quite long. The addition of a social event was also excellent
Although some employees were unsure what the insights program was, when it was explained they were very accommodating and glad to help
Plenty. All activities had set times but the program organisers were always on hand to answer questions too
Staff who I spoke to were all very honest and gave helpful answers to my questions
The Company
There were some talks which seemed unnecessary but most were beneficial. Those who gave the talks were good speakers. The addition of preparation sessions for the assessment centre was good
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the activities (including social event) encouraged the participants to mix
There were sessions to train and improve us, although they were focused on the assessment centre
Speaking to employees during work shadowing was the best way to get an insight into full time roles and was very helpful
Experiencing the floors and desks gave a good impression of the atmosphere which is otherwise very hard to work out
The work shadowing was only in one department when maybe two or three departments would be more beneficial
Everything Else
I was not paid but travel costs were reimbursed and accommodation was provided
There were 2 or 3 excellent networking opportunities including some with reasonably senior employees
The social event was great
We had a good talk from a community involvement and extra activities outside of work representative
Yes definitely
