About You
Very well organised. All the necessary information was provided
There wasn't a particular reason for me to feel valued , as I didn't have the chance to contribute in any particular way.
A lot of guidance. Everyone was very helpful and tried to make our experience amazing.
Very much, because now I have a better understanding of how my skills apply to the real world, thus showing me on what to focus.
The Company
Excellent. There was a very good balance between financial , technical and soft skills presentations.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
It does provide training and the opportunity for development, but it was admitted that more could be done to improve the situation.
I am confident that I have a good understanding of what my day to day duties will be in the company .
It was very helpful, since I couldn't differentiate between cultures in different banks. But I can appreciate the friendly and hard working culture that BAML has.
Very helpful and now I am absolutely certain what I want to do in the future.
Everything Else
Accommodation and travel expenses were reimbursed. Also, lunch, breakfast and closing dinner was provided.
Yes plenty and many of them in an informal setting , which helped me to get to know senior people on a more personal level.
Excellent. They were very well organised; drinks and food was provided.
Yes.
Absolutely. BAML best place to work in the City , if one is after a challenging job with a good work life balance.
