The Role
The internship was both insightful and interesting. It gave a thorough impression of what an auditor actually does on a daily basis
We were always treated as a member of the team
Feedback was always given, and we worked with varying levels of management
We were kept busy, but were by no means overworked. A very fair balance!
I was allowed to speak to clients unaided, and was expected to complete simple tasks alone
It helped to show what my degree will ultimately lead to
The Company
It was professional but enjoyable
It was always clear where i was supposed to be
The process is almost a long interview, so they are tyreating you as a potential employee not just as a work experience student
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Healthcare from home
I was offered a job so very appealing!
The Culture
We had several social events organised, which were very enjoyable
It is in a city centre so the prices were fairly high, that said we were often provided with entertainment for free
Birmingham offers the best nightlife after London in my opinion
They are avaliable, but as a vacation student I would not have expected to get involved with them
