About You
Great opportunity to meet new people and learn a lot! Also very helpful for my future!
You alwats have the chance to prove yourself, everyone is willing to listen what you have got to say, they have been where you are now.
Lots, there is plenty of people there to ask and very patient in case you find something difficult.
Not much, but only because my degree and subjects have nothing to do with banking yet. For a career it was very useful, a guide.
The Company
Really good, obviously it was exausting as there is only five days to explain a whole organisation and having to process that much info is hard. But everything very simple and real.
Great, people really wanted to network and getting to know so many people from other countries and ideas is always a very constructive experience.
Having the chance to talk to people about their daily duties was very interesting. It really helped to figure out what the future might be about and start to be more realistic about howhard mustone work to be succesful.
I never thought any company would take that much interest in social problems and understanding each peoples characteristics and situations.
Incrediblr,it has thown so much lightto all the questions I had.
Everything Else
There were even games to break the ice and rotation so that we had the chance to see different kind of people and roles.
From volunteering to days out to get to spendsome out of work relations with your colleagues.
Even moreif they are as lost asI was before.
