About You
I thoroughly enjoyed this week. I met many fantastic people, and learnt much regarding Investment Banking and many other financial fields.
I felt there was always a professional relationship between employees and employers but I was amazed at the fact that so many senior members of the firm dedicated so much of their time to us throughout the week.
Networking events were a very valuable tool too push one's understanding of topics presented throughout the week.
I am sure that the skills I developed throughout the week will assist me throughout my academic and working careers.
The Company
The program was effectively structured.
Although the fact that having 3-4 consecutive presentations at a time was somewhat heavy, networking and social events compensated for this! It was very good fun.
I felt very important throughout the week and I saw how BofAML viewed me as a potential asset.
This is very true, although a work-shadowing event in the IB M&A sector would have been very interesting.
A cohesive message regarding company culture was delivered throughout the week.
Very helpful, I am now even more drawn to IB then I was before!
Everything Else
Although M&L was very generous in reimbursed living expenses in the city, traveling expenses are often more that 300 pounds.
Yes there were although more towards the end of the week and not as much towards the beginning of the week.
The networking events were well executed as all participants were genuinely enthusiastic.
Yes, creative workshops and CSR opportunities.
For sure!
