About You
I loved every second. We were always kept busy and got to meet lots of interesting people!
We got to know everyone else on the programme as well as the HR team really well. Other employees we networked with were also extremely welcoming and were happy to give up their time to answer our questions.
We were never left to do something we didn't understand. There was always someone to talk to and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
We got a lot of invaluable information that we could have only learnt on the programme as well generic info like CV and interview skills we can take away for life.
The Company
Extremely well structured and organised from the beginning to the very end.
Brilliant. Had a really fun time and the atmosphere was so friendly.
We had a lot of opportunities for networking and you could tell they really wanted us to get the most out of the programme.
We got to do a couple of hours work shadowing which was very informative and useful to see how the teams in the offices operate. The days were relatively long as well so we got an insight into the long hours they work!
Everyone we met was so friendly and happy to talk to us which spoke a lot for the positive company culture they have at Citi.
You go so much info that really helped the decision process of deciding which division you prefer and what to aim for.
Everything Else
Train and tube travel was reimbursed. They also paid for hotel rooms with breakfast for the duration of the stay for those who had to travel from outside of the London area.
Every second on the programme was an opportunity to network.
There was a lot networking which was brilliant as well as the organised boat cruise on the Thames where we met participants on the Citi Quest programme as well networking with other employees.
We found out about the levels of travel each employee may be involved in.
Definitely!
