About You
Very much enjoyed it as other interns were very nice and week itself gave a great overview of the firm.
Yes to a certain extent, especially in the work shadowing and activities.
Good support during the work shadowing and some business reps were very supportive.
Helped me to understand far greater the financial world and thus help me in my studies.
The Company
Very well structured and everyone knew exactly what was happening every day.
Good atmosphere and everyone integrated well, especially at the bowling social night
Increased my knowledge of the financial world and the challenges set really helped my teamwork ability.
We had a lot of talks on each role and work shadowing especially helped to see how working at UBS would be like.
Yes we got to see the client focused and laid back style of the bank and how everyone got on.
Gave me even more choices on what to do with my career but made me sure i wished to work in an investment bank.
Everything Else
UBS paid for flights and hotel.
Yes we had events such as speed networking and also many Q&A sessions.
Well structured and allowed everyone to utilise the time to ask all their questions.
Wasn't much talk about social aspects of ubs unfortunately as most things were geared toward work life although we did have a talk of charity work in the firm.
Definitely as it gave me a great view of what goes on in a bank and what roles were there for me to take on.
