  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I enjoyed it very much, it was the best insight day I had been to.

    • There were only about 20 people at the insight day, so it was very personal.

    • I am now pretty sure I want to be an actuary.

    • Very well structured, we were all given a plan at the beginning of the day.

    • Brilliant, I would love to work for this company.

    • We we taught as much about the profession as we could have been in one day.

    • I got to talk to the current graduates and learn about the company culture. Drinks after work sounds fun!

    Everything Else

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • Travel expenses up to £75 were reimbursed. Travel first class ;-)

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • The entire of lunch time was a networking event, and I was able to talk to senior and junior employees.

    • Plenty of time to talk over lunch and during breaks.

    • Found out lots about voluntary, sports and other activities.
