The Role
Really enjoyed my placement, good organisation with good benefits and flexible working time.
Always felt part of the team, not treated as a student, treated as a full-time employee.
Always given support when asked for.
Took key or lead roles in the studies with lots of responsibility.
Useful for one module and hopefully future employment.
The Company
Only 2 students in my actual office though in the corridor were the whole team.
Good scheme used by university.
Provided training for animal handling etc. Training for lots of other courses too like IT, fire training etc.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
The Culture
Lots of fellow students there.
Very expensive compared to at Leeds.
Rubbish! But we made the most of it...
Activites were only those at the gym.
