  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • A really interesting experience overall where you get to meet a lot of people with very different backgrounds

  • The fact that there is an AC at the end of the week speaks for itself: it shows that they really want you to join RBS for a summer internship or the graduate program.

  • It was really nice to have the opportunity to do rotations on the different desks because you really get to see what people do on a daily basis. It gives you a real insight of how your future job might look like.

  • 2 days of lectures, 2 days of rotation and an assessment center at the end of the week.

  • Everything was made so that the participants could bond (with a quiz night for instance).

  • There were "games" and some interesting lectures where you get to know how to handle a meeting with a client for instance.

  • The rotations on different desks really gave you a flavor of how it would be like to work there.

  • Speaking with the graduates who were really genuine really helped me to understand the company culture and how it is important when considering a job in IB.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • Rotations and a networking event at the end of the week. Plus, you can always ask them for their email and ask more questions.

  • At the end of the week you do some charity work which RBS employees can get involved in every week.
