  • Provide good insight into actuarial accounting, looked at both pensions and investment

  • Only an insight day, but free pens, food and a free flask! More seriously, graduates and leaders took time to speak and listen

  • Very well organized and planned, with a free lunch!

  • There was 25 of us, everyone got on well, good ice-breakers to get all involved, everyone I spoke to was impressed with Towers Watson

  • Graduates came and spoke to us, a days worth of insight - limited in how much training and personal development one could receive.

  • Spoke to members of the graduate scheme informally, opportunities to ask questions with a range of staff. All seemed positive and very happy to work for Towers Watson

  • Spoke to members of the graduate scheme informally, opportunities to ask questions with a range of staff. Informal socialising at lunch enabled me to try and understand the working culture. All seemed positive and very happy to work for Towers Watson, but they did explain that they work very very hard with lots of exams.

  • Definitely something to consider, very competitive, essential to apply early.

  • Travel expenses reimbursed up to £75, and a free lunch


  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • This was perhaps one of the most interesting parts of the day, discussing with members of different teams and departments.

  • Very good, opportunities to discuss with staff and peers.

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?
  • Good discussion on after work social life, limited formal activities, but active informal gatherings. One employ said they often go to the pub, they work with friends who support each other.
