About You
It was a week well spent!
The quality of accommodation and the arrangements made for us showed they valued us.
The graduates were honest and insightful during the rotations.
The training and insights gained from work shadowing were really useful
The Company
It was well structured with enough time for each activity
It was excellent, there wasn't any competitive feeling and it felt like we were in it together!
I really enjoyed the training as it was professional and useful
The work shadowing, while limited in time, provided a great insight to the work life and culture
A lot of emphasis was placed on culture and the key role it played. The insight was helpful in understanding the culture as we were on the inside
The content was key in me deciding on banking as a future career.
Everything Else
While we weren't paid, the accommodation was great and breakfast/lunch was provided on most days
There were many networking events and we got a chance to meet people from all the departments
They were good as we could meet the employees not only in their professional capacity but also have a chat with them.
There were plenty of opportunities to get involved outside work, including many sports and social activities
It is definitely worth it because you can learn so much in the one week
