Fantastic, learnt so much, was incredibly insightful and an invaluable experience.
Very valued, spoke to MDs and Global Heads of Departments, everybody was willing to help.
The insight was well planned, we had full knowledge of what was scheduled and at any time we could ask questions to find out more.
Gained valuable networking skills and learned all about the industry.
The Company
Very well structured, saw all different departments and learned a great deal.
Really great, everybody was willing to learn from the employees as well as from each other.
Spent two days training, learning about the bank, the different departments and the industry.
Learned from many graduates what their general day involved.
Spoke to so many employees and saw first hand the unique culture of the firm. They really invest in their people.
Everything Else
Reimbursed for travel expenses and accommodation was provided.
Yes I met many analysts and associates, managing directors and senior employees.
Plenty of networking events to get to know others on the insight week and employees.
Yes, we took part in a volunteering event which was incredibly rewarding.
Definitely, no better way to find out about the Banking industry and RBS and the culture of the firm.
