  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was a great opportunity to see the works of an investment bank and understand the culture.

    • HR staff were always on hand to answer questions and they seemed to be investing a lot of time into us.

    • HR employees provided us a high level of support through out and we were guided through tasks

    • I have gained practical work environment skills which will be implemented further than my degree.

    • Everything was timetabled and we started early and finished late fitting in a lot of content

    • There was a lot of opportunity to mix with students during and after work hours

    • They provided both learning resources and also presentations and business speakers

    • There were presentations on the roles but lacked wide industry experience.

    • As we were all just in a single room throughout we didn't experience the business culture.
