About You
Found it very stimulating to see areas of the company that were completely new to me such as Cooprate Security Services.
Everyone was treated very well and they designed the programme well to fully maximise engagement.
Lots of giudance on future career prospects at RBS and the stages of career progession.
Learned a great deal about team work and presentation skills during the assessment excercises. In addition interview practice was also very helpful.
The Company
Very well structured and covered a great deal over a 5 day period. Included job shadowing, talking to managers and graduates.
Very friendly and made everyone feel valued. Many interesting and diverse people to enhancing a buzzing and exciting atmosphere.
A few tips on presentations and communication skills.
Got to observe the role of graduates to get a more hands-on perspective.
Very much so. Very easy to identify the culture within the organisation.
Very useful in helping me get an overview of what working in an international bank is like.
