About You
A real insight into the business, exactly what I was expecting from a spring insight week. Lots of social events and networking meant that we got to explore RBS and get a feel for what it would be like to work there.
A lot of focus is put onto how important graduates are to RBS.
Guidance was given from a wide range of employees, ranging from recent grads to the managing directors.
My presentation skills were vastly improved during this experience.
The Company
No issues whatsoever everything was always on time and as planned.
The graduates seemed to really enjoy working for RBS.
A lot of time was spent on ensuring we got the best experience in the insight.
We spoke to many different employees who each gave a different experience of working for RBS.
It helped massively. We understood what was important to RBS and how valued their employees are to the organisation itself.
We shadowed a number of different teams and therefore got to see which area we may be suited the most for.
Everything Else
I was not as I lived locally, but most of the other applicants were reimbursed for all expenses.
We met all employees who were recent graduates and a wide range of managers in RBS.
Relaxed atmosphere.
RBS puts time into ensuring employees can network with other employees within RBS.
Loved the experience.
