About You
It was a very enjoyable week, where you were able to learn a lot about RBS, banking and network with fellow graduates and RBS staff.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
It was full of talks and shadowing, and there was always somebody there to answer any questions.
Very informative, I learnt a lot about banking.
The Company
It was well thought through, and there was a variety of activities that helped to inform me fully.
Everyone was friendly and easy to get alone with.
This was an insight week, so this was more informative then one they invested in training for you.
The week was very informative and staff were on hand to answer questions. The shadowing was invaluable and also the opportunity to speak to the graduates.
RBS is a good company to work for who values their staff.
Everything Else
RBS put me up in a hotel for a week, paid travel, breakfast, lunch and dinner which was more then generous.
There were opportunities at networking drinks, lunch times and in the market place.
There was plenty of networking opportunities organised.
I concentrated on learning about the company.
Strongly recommend - well structured and informative week.
