About You
Even though we were assessed throughout the week, it was a very enjoyable experience. Met some great people; gained some invaluable experience in a job application process and how a business works.
I feel that we didn't spend enough time at the company, but from first impressions it seems as if it has the potential.
Always someone on hand to ask questions. Lots of interaction with current employees!
Picked up a lot of vital terms
The Company
Very smooth and all key things which I was expecting from the insight were either met or exceeded.
Great fun! Both those on the insight and employers
I feel there wasn't enough time to personally train or develop us as individuals but its a great time for them to see whether we are right for the company and role; so therefore a sense of investment.
It helped me to understand how I would fit into the company but not what it would be like. However this is not expected if you are there for a week.
A massive emphasis was shown in this department and gave a great insight into how the banking culture is changing.
A very good insight.
Everything Else
I didn't require reimbursing.
All the time!
Fantastic, had the opportunity to speak to people one-one.
A massive emphasis has been put on charity work at RBS and many employees get involved.
Definitely.
