About You
Really exciting and useful experience. I learnt more than I had expected and improved some key skills - teamwork, presentation skills, public speaking etc. I really enjoyed the opportunity to talk with experienced professionals and learn more about their work.
Most of the people I met during the insight week emphasised how important are the interns for RBS and made me feel proud of being part of that program.
There was always someone I could ask for support. Basically we were supervised all the time.
All the information and exercises were relevant. I already see how can I use what I've learnt in the future.
The Company
There must have been more work shadowing sessions.
All the sessions were interactive so you never got bored. Sometimes I felt overloaded with information.
Basically, I had the opportunity to learn as mush as I wanted.
The job shadowing sessions helped me get real feeling of what it is like to work there.
Company's culture was one of the main topics.
Everything Else
Most of my expenses were covered.
There were lots of networking events.
Very well-organised, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
I found out about such activities by asking employees during the networking events.
Must do
