About You
It was quite interactive and fun.
The opinions and insight I presented were taken into consideration.
I felt like I could have used a little bit more of supervision during the group work whilst job shadowing.
Definitely a life changing experience. It took my understanding of banking to an entirely new level.
The Company
Ran smoothly.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
RBS covered all our expenses on food and accommodation as well as provided drinks during networking opportunities.
Job shadowing gave me a brief idea however the market place that took place on the last day provided me with a very clear insight.
I saw how the values that RBS live by apply in everyday life of their employees.
Everything Else
Networking drinks with business representatives on day 1.
We were all pretty tired most days but we still went out to dinner as a group. Most of us stayed in the same hotel so it was convenient for us to meet up.
