About You
The Spring week in Corporate Banking Division of RBS was amazing! I learned a lot about the industry and the bank, had the opportunity to network with senior executives, took part in numerous real-life cases, group works and presentations.
Every step of the programme was well-explained! I received support in every task I was assigned!
The Company
It was a good balance between presentations about the company, group work, job shadowing sessions and networking.
The job shadowing sessions I took part in showed me the exact date-to-date tasks that I would face if I have a full time role with the division.
The presentations and networking opportunities helped me see how employees view the company and how they feel about their careers.
It helped me narrow down my choices for further career and showed me that Corporate Banking is something I can easily see myself working in.
Everything Else
I got reimbursed for my travel and food expenses. Also, accommodation was provided in an excellent hotel nearby RBS.
2 great networking sessions which helped me understand the personal perspective of a number of senior executives to their jobs and to the division as a whole.
I understood a lot about some of the activities which graduates can undertake while on their programme.
