About You
It was a great 2 day event, giving us a lot of time to have fun as well as learn.
I felt they treated us very well and felt valued.
We had many presentations and talks about how to be more effective when applying to roles for any job.
We were instructed on how to make the best impressions, and the best impact.
The Company
Very well structured with a great timetable.
It was great with lots of networking opportunities.
They invested a lot of time, money and expertise in training us during the program.
It was only 2 days long and mostly presentation based so not that strong of an insight into what it would be like to actually work there, but a good idea was given.
The people and culture seem very good, with emphasis on work life balance and being happy.
Very helpful as all the possible sectors we could look into were shown to us in detail.
Everything Else
We were given great accommodation with a very nice meal, all expenses were paid.
Yes,there was a networking dinner and lots of time to talk to employees during the week.
A lot of fun and very informative.
To a certain extent but due to the length of the program more emphasis was put on how work would be.
Definitely it gives an amazing overview of opportunities and also allows you to fast track some of the interview processes/
