About You
I found it so enjoyable and relaxed even though it was quite intensive it was a great learning experience.
We always would meet with employees throughout the day so there was always opportunity to ask questions throughout.
There was a point of contact that we were assigned to so that if we had queries it was easy to get in contact with them.
The insight it self was to provide a lot more personable skills to us, and it really has improved particularly my teamwork skills required in all work places.
The Company
We were given a schedule from Day 1 even though it wasn't a strict one we completed all the required tasks throughout.
It was an extremely relaxed environment which I wasn't expecting there was a work hard play hard ethos
Lots of course material was provided through out as well as the opportunity to work shadow.
Through a number of presentations on the different divisions it exposed me to look objectively and help me decide on the division that I most felt suitable.
There was the work hard play hard attitude instilled in this company.
Even though there was a lot of resources and presentations from employees it is still difficult to judge without proper immersing yourself into a role.
Everything Else
unpaid insight.
The firm set up both dinners where a partner would sit at a students table and we could talk about practically anything which was a lot of fun.
The students and the company alone both organised social events so it was an opportunity of meeting like-minded peers too.
Yes! There's many societies provided a bit like university and opportunity to play in sports teams too.
This was one of the greatest chances to gain some experience in a top firm and also test the skills learnt at university in a real-life environment.
