About You
The week was well structured and I met loads of talented, interesting individuals.
I was made to feel that my interest in them as a company was very importent.
There was always someone on hand to answer any questions I had.
There were a number of skills sessions that were very useful as well as the opportunities we were given to network and build contacts.
The Company
We were always kept on our toes!
I got a positive perception of the firm overall during the week.
This was done through skills sessions that could be applied to all areas of life, not just employment.
The opportunity to have a work shadowing session across two businesses was invaluable.
I found the session with the panel from the Employee Networks truly engaging.
I feel I received all the information need accompanied by the practical element to make a decision about next steps.
Everything Else
Travel expenses were reimbursed.
It really showed that Bank of America Merrill Lynch made an effort so that we could have exposure to members from all parts and ranks of the Bank.
They lasted for just the right amount of time and were arranged in a way that I could have my questions effectively answered.
The talk from those involved in Employee Networks was extremely helpful in highlighting some of the activities that happen outside of work.
All the employees I met were quality characters and seemed exceedingly talented at what they do and for me, its all about the people!
