  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Greatly- the combination of career-related and social-based activities made for a very enjoyable few days.

    • Very- I was made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere made me feel comfortable and at ease.

    • Lots- everyone from the trainees to the senior associates were very, very helpful.

    • Hugely- I am now far more likely to pursue a career in law.

    • Very well- the fact that the company provided transport really helped too.

    • Very good- members of staff and students interacted very well.

    • In terms of financial aid and efforts to get me to the placement, the company was outstanding.

    • Shadowing a trainee was particularly helpful.

    • The insight into the culture of a global law firm was invaluable.

    • It was helpful in that I have now decided I want experience working in the city.

    • All travel (including flights) and accommodation (two nights at a very smart hotel) was covered.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • The opportunities never stopped and I came away with lots of useful contacts.
