The Company
They even invested a night of bowling for us!
Participating in this insight places you in a much more advantageous position compared to someone who did not, because you would have known how different divisions work together to drive this huge enterprise spanning vast continents.
Everyone is very frank about their experiences in Citi. You can ask any employee about what they feel regarding Citi's culture and you can be sure they will mention the diversity and globality of Citi's workforce and operations. This is as strong as a company culture could get when everyone is singing the same tune without prior agreements.
There is nothing comparable to speaking in person with an employee in your area of interest and determining whether you are making the right career choice.
