About You
I really enjoyed my time there, I learned a lot both for my future career and for my personal development.
From the analysts to the partners, everyone cares about you and are there to help.
HCM is always around in case you need anything. Also, analysts were present to help us with some case studies we needed to do.
We have been given a lot of tips for our future careers, which I think will be extremely useful for a long time.
The Company
Everything was perfectly organized. All the presentations started and finished on time. I was really impressed by how punctual everyone was and how smoothly the entire insight ran.
One of the reasons why I enjoyed my time there so much was this incredible atmosphere. There is no time to be bored or wonder what to do. Both with the interns and employees, you just never stop.
The firm really invested a lot in our training. We had an external company delivering technical training, extremely valuable, particularly for people who never studied finance for instance.
All the presentations, the people I talked to, as well as the various tasks we needed to do enabled me to fully understand a full time role within the firm.
We had many events about the culture within the firm and had the chance to talk to many representatives.
Everything we have done throughout those two weeks really made me realize that this is exactly what I want to do in the future.
Everything Else
I was paid for the two weeks spent there. The firm also reimbursed my travel expenses as well as paid for my accommodation.
We had networking events pretty much everyday, giving us plenty of opportunities to meet with new people within the firm.
We were given enough time during each networking event, enabling us to talk to as many employees as possible.
Yes, after talking to many employees, I learned all the community work and other activities that they were able to do outside their working hours.
This insight was probably one of the most valuable experiences I have had and I would most certainly recommend it to any person interested in a career within the same industry.
