About You
I really enjoyed it! I liked the fact to be assigned to my desk for a few days; Eveng though I've learnt a lot, I would have also liked to have one or two more sessions of training!
I really did create relations with people around me - especially my buddy and my line manager! Also people from the Grad Team were really nice and made us feel comfortable at all times!
I did receive all the support I needed, but sometimes when I was at my desk all people around me were really busy, so I was sitting there not asking too may questions, not to be disturbing them!
Up to now I feel that what I learnt has been really really useful! I have become more aware of a lot of things which I didn't have the chance to study at Uni!
The Company
I loved the time spent at my desk, even the simple fact to be assigned to one. As I said before - sometimes people are really really busy with their job, and struggling to talk to us because they have to work. I think a nice thing to do would have been having a one-hour or two-.hour session everyday for us interns, so that our buddies and managers could have had some time to work on their own and not be worried for the fact they couldn't talk or teach anything to us!
It has been really really enjoyable!!! Everyone was nice and trying hard to make me feel comfortable!
we had few training sessions; I would have enjoyed having had one or two more! Anyways, I've learnt a lot at my desk too, so that has been very good training too|
being at the desk really helped me realize what I want my role in the bank to be!!! It really opened my mind!
Spending so much time around the desks helped me to fully perceive the environment, how people were friendly, helpful and hard-working!
I think I got it! I still have time to get into precise details of what I want to do, but I'm glad to have yet a good idea of where I see myself in the future!
Everything Else
I met a lot of people, and got also the chance to meet them at their desk the day after! they've also thought me a lot, and I'm glad to have had the chance to meet people from around the bank!
Even though we didn't have enough time to talk to everyone, the events were nice right because of the fact that they were Formal in the context, but Informal in the way people were so open to answer our questions!
They've mentioned some Volunteering or Corporate social responsibility works, but never got into details on that!
