The Role
It was a great insight into the working world with the global cosmetics leader.
I felt valued and a member of the team
I had various meeting with my manager and he always gave me time no matter how busy he was.
Had to use my initiative but I had many projects to be getting on with.
After I proved myself they trusted me with big projects.
It gave me an insight into the working world, I know more about myself and how I work and most importantly that I want to persue a career in marketing.
The Company
Very good.
The HR department was fantastic
They took me on training courses even though I was only employed for a short amount of time.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home
Good, but you have to apply to graduate scheme which is very competitive.
The Culture
Nothing really.
I lived at home.
N/A - lived at home so can't comment.
Not really - this could be improved upon.
