About You
The insight day was great fun and extremely useful.
All the staff at the day were very nice and friendly and were open to any questions I had.
During the business games we were given support if needed.
The employability session will prove vital in future job applications.
The Company
structured well
All the other students were easy to get on with and so were the staff. There was a general good mood throughout the day.
Was only an insight day but the firm did invest their own time which is greatly appreciated.
The roles were explain thoroughly and the day gave me a clear indication what a career at Towers Watson would be like.
The social aspect seemed good with Friday evening drinks , charity days , sports teams etc. Also I got the feeling that everyone got along and felt part of a team.
Before the insight day I wasn't sure what specific industry I wanted to work in but since attending the event I have a much clearer view.
Everything Else
Train expenses.
During any breaks in the day the employee's would stick around which was great as I could get to know there own opinions of the company and there job.
I spent my lunch chatting to a extremely friendly women working in pensions. This was a great opportunity to get a real feel for life at Towers Watson.
Sports teams such as badminton , football etc. Nights out in the city.
