The Role
Great People, Great Company, Great Experience
I felt highly integrated by my colleagues, both by fellow interns and Goldman Sachs employees.
During the case study one felt that a bit more help was needed (e.g. valuation in case studies). However, the the learning experience was much greater when we embraced the challenge ourselves and came up with our own solution. HCM was always very supportive.
Very tight schedule. From day 1 we knew exactly at what time, in which room in which building what activity we would pursue. No time to get or be bored.
The Company
Very well organized.
Two day (6-7 hour) valuation & accounting training
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
The Culture
We have all made a lot of new friends and build a strong network over these two weeks.
