About You
Great insight into the bank. Learned a lot about the various departments within CBD.
Very impressed by the amount of time invested in us. The employees at RBS were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. Definitely a place I'd like to work at.
Received guidance from current RBS employees at various levels. Grads offered us advice for the short term and Directors for the long term.
Naturally not a lot of skills picked up since it is just a week long program. However, great to know the departments all fit into the RBS family.
The Company
Very well structured. Squeezed in activities, job shadowing, skills sessions, networking and departmental presentations all within one week.
Met some great new people and thoroughly enjoyed the week long stay in the heart of London.
Skill sessions, job shadowing and networking - all opportunities to pick up on some great skills.
Spoke to loads of grads on what they do on a day to day basis.
Constant focus on culture and the kind of people RBS are looking for.
Would have liked to complete a couple more rotations, but can't expect more from a week long insight.
Everything Else
Hotel booked by RBS and expenses reimbursed.
Two networking and drinks sessions.
No socials. But two semi-formal networking sessions.
Absolutely. Great experience packed into one compact week.
