The Role
It wasn't what I expected but I still had more responsibilities than most interns would.
Outside of the office, I was a valued member of the team. While in the office, it was ok.
Gave me guidance but only when I asked for it.
Was either far too busy or far too bored.
Some responsibility but on fairly medial matters.
Excel skills will be invaluable.
The Company
It was ok, a typical office.
It was good, suitable intern events etc.
Not overly much. I opted out of the development scheme.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare from home
It's just not what I want to do in the future.
The Culture
We bonded and became a close friend group.
It was London, what can you expect?
Cardiff was great. London was alright but expensive.
Good opportunities but only for those based in London.
