About You
I had a great time and met lots of people.
There could have been more work shadowing/talking to people individually.
There was lots of guidance and support.
There could have been much more technical knowledge given - some presentations were mildly patronizing.
The Company
There were no problems with the organisation.
I think the atmosphere was good and this was mostly down to the people that were there and that worked at Barclays.
They did a good job of making sure we got to visit places of interest to us.
There was very little time spent work shadowing compared to other spring weeks.
They talked a lot about the culture but I felt we didn't really get to witness it.
It confirmed what I already thought.
Everything Else
We were given £200 to cover expenses but most people only needed £50 or so.
There was one drinks evening networking with company professionals which was great but not really apart from that.
The drinks on the first night in the Attic Bar were very enjoyable.
Not really.
Yes I think it would be beneficial and it leads to an automatic fast track to the summer internship interview.
