The Role
Extremely enjoyable so many other students to network and socialise with as well as an incredible opportunities to experience all areas of the business.
Felt as though I was part of the team from day 1 Very welcoming people to work with - never made me feel as though i am a student.
Had both a task manager and professional development manager that gave me all the guidaance I needed.
There were times when I was very busy and times when I was not so busy. When I had periods of downtime there were always many other projects to get involved in.
I was doing a job of the same level as other people in the team. I also got to run activity days and mentor students from school.
I learnt a lot about how a finance function within a large organisation works. I was also able to practice skills that will be invaluble in any business area such as presentation skills.
The Company
People were very friendly and there were many socials. There were also two other placement students in the office that made things fun.
Very well organised, it was run by the same people that organise the two year graduate traning scheme.
Plenty of opportunities to develop skills. It was really down to the individual to get involved in as much as they possibly could.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Working from home
Hoping to go back They usually offer placement students jobs - im still waiting for mines!
The Culture

Was pretty cheap. Just don't end up paying too much for rent.
Never really went out - but from the stuff iv heard in the office it pretty decent
There were a few things going on suchas - netball and football tournaments and leagues
