About You
The insight was a great challenge throughout the week of developing a range of skills but a unique enjoyable opportunity.
The firm dedicated the insight towards us and tailored towards our needs so that we felt extremely valued by the firm.
The level of support even for a week was extremely high with a point of contact we could go to if we had any queries.
The skills developed will assist my course as it was tailored in but also the exercises helped to build my confidence.
The Company
It was timetabled from the start with a schedule to begin work so was really timely and well structure
It was extremely dynamic, there's a lot of shouting and screaming sometimes for the right reasons but was an exciting place to be around.
A lot was driven to help us develop our interpersonal skills and the fact they took time out of their schedule to help and benefit us was really responsible.
Lots through culture, the role and the employees it helped us understand the different roles and how they all interlinked together as a team.
The culture even though we weren't in the office environment exactly, walking around you could see the kind of great culture within the company and its values.
The presentations given and the opportunity to experience the industry will help me make a new informed decision about my future career.
Everything Else
it was not expensed.
Yes, there were designated ones inside and outside the office hours to meet employees.
These were I found quite difficult but a good experience. Many people competing for a single person's attention was a difficult aspect.
Not really, I wasn't able to find direct information but I'm sure there are opportunities outside their work culture.
The insight was an amazing time to develop skills for future life in every single context of life.
