    • One day per division plus friday for shadowing and presentations

    • Very senior speakers and external companies were brought in for training. Very thorough

    • Barclays has a fantastic culture, in terms of the openness and receptiveness of the staff across the spectrum. This was evident throughout the week

    • A healthy to cover travel expenses and for attendance

    • All the time - Barclays staff were always available and willing to chat

    • The designated formal networking opportunities were valuable, but lacked in the number of staff form the popular divisions, leading to big crowds around certain individuals

    • Good coverage of social and philanthropic initiatives outside the firm, and schemes set up inside the firm to aid people from a range of backgrounds

    • Definitely. For anyone interested in banking and a bank that will offer something back to you as well, this is a fantastic choice.
