The Role
Enjoyed most of my time here! The company looks after its staff.
Very high levels of responsibility- the work you do actually matters.
Not always given support when needed! Some managers very hard to get ahold of.
Varies from project to project but generally had a good level of work to do. Sometimes too much and sometimes too little but this can't be helped- its business demand!
Very high levels of responsibility- you are treated like an analyst not an intern- there is no distinction!
Learnt so much about being in a corporate business. Also developed hard skills e.g. excel/ microsoft project etc.
The Company
Work hard play hard atmosphere!
Mostly everything was in place, but I experience a few hiccups.
They really encourage interns to return! Which means that a lot is invested into everyone as indivuals.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Fantastic company but not for everyone. I personally hope to go back.
The Culture
Many events were organised which were really fun.
London! Very expensive but loads to do.
Again, London! A huge amount of choice about nights out. Unless you are placed in a less glamorous locations (which is highly possible with Accenture)
Many many societies clubs etc- a lot to do if you choose to get involved!
