The Role
If you produce high quality work and perform well then you will feel valued, both by your colleagues and the client(s).
If you demonstrate that you are a highly capable individual who has the desire to succeed then you will be challenged and made to perform to your full potential.
This is the same as a graduate role and you are expected to perform to this level.
The Company
The people you work with are fantastic and down to earth and are always up for a laugh.
The organisation was very good although you must be prepared to seek out your own opportunities in order to thrive in such a large organisation.
The level of training provided is always proportionate to the level of skill required to execute your role effectively.

You will have had a real experience of a graduate career which is great and helps you to plan your future.
The Culture
The social scene organised for the placement students is great. However, the social events that you will attend when on your projects, especially when out of town, are a really great perk of the job.
The cost of living in London is relatively high. If you are relocating here and wish to enjoy your experience then you are unlikely to save much money over the course of the placement.
The nightlife in London is excellent.
There are a number of societies and clubs that hold regular events.
