About You
Good insight into what banking is really like in your particular division. it was great, good networking opportunities, good accommodation and food too.
You could tell they had invested a lot of money into just the week. The accomodation, food and guest motivational speaker that came along.
we were able to shadow three different departments where we were free to ask any question about the role we wanted
Taught me the importance of negotiating, working in groups, giving presentations, and prioritising.
The Company
we were given a packed timetable at the beginning of the insight. including, networking events, lectures, workshops and time to work on group projects
The other staff were friendly and so were the other interns
A lot invested, it was visable, from shadowing, networking events, spending fees given, accomodation
It helped as much was possible within the week. I gained an insight into my division does and is about
it was something that was mentioned everyday, the Barclay's Values' from Senior staff to graduate employees
real insight into what challenges we will face, skills needed.
