About You
I had a fantastic time. A variety of activities kept me busy.
We really had to work hard and had the opportunity to demonstrate our skill by solving real-world problems.
Support was given every step of the way.
My programming skills were enhance alongside my presentation and communication skills
The Company
It was a really well-structured program with extreme professionalism.
J.P. Morgan offers an unrivaled atmosphere. Its very relaxed for a banking firm and I loved casual Friday
A lot of resources went into the program and this was evident in every facet of what was done
Graduate panels and networking lunches gave us a peek inside day-to-day culture of the firm. A tour of the building also enabled us to see the employees hard at work in almost every division.
Meeting a lot of people, you really got to understand there was a specific personality hired to match the culture. Relaxed, friendly and quick-thinking.
It provided a helpful insight into my future.
Everything Else
We were provided lunch, breakfast, accommodation and travel expensses
Lots of lunches and networking capabilities
We had social activities twice in the week with other spring week candidates from other divisions.
There's an abundance of clubs and sports that people can take part in. Also there's a huge gym in the building.
Loved it. Great experience, would happily recommend.
