Everyone was very supportive and helpful.
I developed many skills e.g. communication and networking skills which are very important in life.
The Company
The insight consisted of different interactive presentations, networking events and work shadowing sessions.
The atmosphere was more than perfect.
I was given a lot of attention and developed many important skills.
I became very aware of the divisions and positions available.
There was a huge focus on Barclays 5 corporate values.
Thanks to the participation in the insight, I have realized that Trading is the career path I would like to pursue.
Everything Else
All of my expenses were covered.
There were many networking events.
They were organized in a very effective way so that I got to talk to very many representatives from different divisions.
I found out about many activities outside of work.
