    • Got to know a lot of the interns really well from the group tasks, we all had a great time

    • We were given a clear overview of what to expect well in advance

    • A lot of emphasis was placed on Barclays new values i.e. respect, integrity, service, excellence and stewardship and it helped me better understand the positive new direction that the company was going in

    • Two networking events and an opportunity to interact with senior management and Olympic gold medalists

  • 13. How were the networking/ social event opportunities?

    • How does networking on the 49th floor of the Pan Peninsula sound? The view of Canary Wharf from up there was amazing! It was an excellent opportunity to meet with the other interns and senior management

    • We had a presentation to work on for the last day of the internship which we worked on outside of the insight

    • Yes. If you do well, you get fast tracked to summer intern-ship assessment centre
