    • The variety of activities meant I was never bored

    • Many employees took time out of their days to talk to us and show us round. This made me feel very valued.

    • We were provided with extensive information about the business and future application processes

    • Very well planned and organised with a variety of activities.

    • Everyone was very friendly and talkative

    • Due to the short term nature of the programme it was difficult to focus on individual development, however we were given lots of group advice which I shall take on board.

    • Shadowing activities were very useful - in one session employees explained their roles and in another we watched an employee carry out his role.

    • The contrast of culture between Bournemouth and London was made very clear
