About You
It was highly informative and engaging.
People were very friendly and keen to answer all your questions.
It was a very well organised programme. Support/guidance was provided where requested.
It was great that we not only learned about the different divisions at JPM but also learned very useful general skills, e.g. how to deliver a good presentation.
The Company
Excellent. Great exposure to a variety of divisions and lots of networking opportunities.
Everyone I met was very encouraging and wanted you to gain as much from the programme as you could. It was great to meet both senior and junior employees. The other interns on the programme were lovely too which added to the friendly atmosphere.
They had quite useful skills sessions throughout the programme.
They had a panel with previous Winning Women interns who went onto attend the summer internship and now were analysts, this was a great session as you got to hear honestly what the journey was like. All the analyst panel sessions were very informative.
Definitely. Very approachable, meritocratic and team orientated.
Everything Else
Very efficient reimbursement process.
Great networking event on the 1st day on the top floor of the building. A variety of reps from all front office divisions attended. If you reached out to anyone they were more than happy to respond back with answers to your questions.

Yes, a lot of people seemed to enjoy going to the gym a lot and playing lots of sport.
I think for anyone who is considering a career in investment banking this programme would be an ideal place to start!
