  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was well structured and paced throughout the day and a lot of relevant information was presented

    • There wasn't much personal attention but many people from different areas of the business came down during lunch to talk to us

    • It will definitely help in applying for a summer internship at Towers Watson. The interview skills taught were also helpful for any situation.

    • It was well paced and there was a variety of activities to get involved in, from different parts of the business.

    • The participants were not really given much time to know each other. Minimal activities were organized for such a purpose.

    • A lot of effort was put into presenting as much information about the company as they could in a day.

    • I had the opportunity to speak with some consultants who are doing what I would like to do in the future.

    • I didn't have much chance to ask about this but I did learn more about the core competencies that would be asked during an interview.

    • I left with a much clearer picture of Towers Watson in my mind and this will be very helpful in deciding on summer internships next year.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • I live in London so there was no reimbursement necessary.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • There were networking opportunities over lunch although the room was a little too small for all the employees and participants.

    • There was some free time for the participants to get to know each other but there wasn't any opportunity to chat with employees after the event

    • I wasn't particularly interested in this area and I don't recall any information that was presented on this.

    • A day well spent to learn more about a very interesting professional services firm.
