About You
I found it very enjoyable and useful
Everyone was happy to help, but because it was a short time there was not enough time for me to form an opinion
I felt like I could ask questions if I did not understand something
I was impressed with how much I learned
The Company
I felt like there was a clear structure and we always knew what activity we would do next
It was a nice atmosphere, it was not too stresful
They invested quite a lot, they wanted us to develop soft skills (presentations)
I did not feel like I understood what working there means. We did desk shadowing but during that time we did case studies and talked to people and I did not feel like they showed us exactly what their jobs are.
They emphasize a lot on culture and values. I am not sure if people in the company actually believes in those values. The fact that they talk so much about culture gave me the impression that it was just a marketing technique.
It was useful in understanding what working in the company means but I did not particularly understand what each job means or how they differ.
Everything Else
I did send a claim for reimbursed expenses but I am not sure if the payment was made yet.
We did meet a lot of employees but most of them were graduates, it would have been useful to meet people who have worked for the company for a longer time
We did some networking which was very useful and fun
There are some activities, if employees want to get involved they can
Although I realized that the particular industry is not so suitable for me, the insight was great and I would and did recommend it to friends because I think it's a great opportunity
