About You
Intense business activities, training session, support from mentor and met lots of cool people!
It is amazing how much effort and money as well they spend on us, despite the fact that we have not even got an offer for internship or graduate job!
The mentor is always here, I always have my team with me.
More so for career than for degree studies, but absolutely amazing set of skillsets.
The Company
Maybe a little more rest time!
Everyone is very energetic, very friendly!
As it was just three days, but we felt so welcomed. We had all meals prepared for us, a single room each (thought it'd be double room instead).
Got chances to talk to different analysts, consultants, HR and even Managing Directors. Definitely enhanced my understanding.
Everyone loved the culture and told us about it - but of course people will only say good things I suppose!
I always knew I wanted to be a consultant.
Everything Else
It was a three day event, accommodation and food paid for you.
Networking is like the theme of the event to be honest. You get breaks between activities for tea and coffee which was networking break. Every night after all the activities, everyone then goes to the bar together - optional but very good opportunity for networking as we know!
We are at the bar every single night, getting to know each other on a more personal level. An opportunity to get to know people, such as MDs you otherwise will definitely not get the chance to know.
It was three days non-stop activities but that was the purpose of the scheme so not really applicable.
It would be helpful to anyone at all considering Business or Finance related careers. So much skills learning and an opportunity to get to know people, such as MDs you otherwise will definitely not get the chance to know.
